Exchange and Cancellation Policy
We do not accept Exchange or cancellation requests.
Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.
We offer a return within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, or exchange of any kind. In case of any return approved by Camtronics Trading Co., it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you and reflected in your bank account.
We do not accept returns for the following items:
All products with the manufacturer’s seal. Once the seal is opened it cannot be assigned to another user, and hence CAMTRONICS TRADING COMPANY cannot accept the return unless there is a case of product malfunction.
Products damaged due to the use of an inappropriate power supply or products that were damaged due to voltage stability issues will not be accepted as returns. Across India, and even in the four core metro areas, a high-quality voltage stabilizer and spike protector are necessary to protect all electronic gear.
Products that show willful damage will not be accepted as returns.
Note – In case, CAMTRONICS TRADING COMPANY is unable to pick up your shipment due to certain unforeseen circumstances, you may have to ship the products to our facility. The logistic charges involved in these cases will be refunded back to you after the product reaches us.
Transit Loss or Damage
Goods Lost in transit or Damaged in transit, will be replaced at no extra cost to you. Replacement of Damaged goods will happen after the same has to been returned within 10 days of delivery. You will not have to bear any extra cost.
Return Policy Exceptions
Products received with physical damage must be reported to CAMTRONICS TRADING COMPANY within 2 days of the delivery date.
Products received with missing accessories should be reported within 2 days of the delivery date. Claims made apost this period will not be honored.
Products purchased as RE-PACKED cannot be returned. All RE-PACKED sales are final. RE-PACKED products have been tested and are guaranteed to be functional. If you have a reason to believe that your RE-PACKED product is non-functional, please contact us at support@camtronicsindia.com with video evidence.
You are eligible to return an item if any of the following scenarios occurs:
DOA (Dead on Arrival): If your product does not work on arrival before any use then you may returns the goods free of charge and we will supply a replacement, pending inspection and approval.
Wrong Goods Supplied: If the product(s) you receive is different from the product(s) listed on the PDFs (emailed to you immediately after completion of the online order).
Before you return an item, please ensure that.
Please read the conditions below. If all conditions are not met, “CAMTRONICS TRADING COMPANY” reserves the right to refuse the return request.
The items must be in new/unused condition, in their original unaltered box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 2 (two) business days of receipt of the item(s).
You are NOT eligible to return an item if:
You placed your order under “PRE-ORDER” or “SPECIAL-ORDER”. Since we would have further placed your order with a supplier and cancelling the order further will not be possible at our end.
The item has been unboxed by cutting through the manufacturer’s packaging
The item has been used or damaged
The original packaging materials are lost or damaged

Return Shipping
Unless you have received a damaged or defective product or a product different than the one you have ordered, you are responsible for shipping the product back to our facility near Mumbai.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order that you have recently placed, you can call us as soon as possible at +91-9324163026, and quote your order number. If the shipment has not left our facility, you will receive a refund within 4 to 7 business days. A processing fee of 3% + GST will be charged on the total amount to be refunded if you wish to cancel the order before it’s dispatched. Once dispatched the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided by simply reversing the charge on your credit card or bank account using which the transaction was made.
Incase of Preorder bookings/Sales refund processing fee of 3% + GST will be charged on the total amount refunded.
